  • Lost & Found
    When you come across a lost item, please drop it off at any cash point or hand it to any staff member you see. If you've lost something, check with the reception office. If your item isn't there, they'll record your contact details and get in touch as soon as it's found. Should you realize something is missing the following day, text us on +356 9980 5029, and we'll check if it's been located. In case a child is separated from their guardian, notify any nearby staff or security personnel for swift assistance in reuniting you with your child. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.
  • Can I bring my pet to the concert?
    Yes, pets are welcome as long as they are under the full control of their owner and on a leash. Please ensure that your pets do not roam freely.
  • Are there any baby/toddler facilities?
    Yes, we do provide facilities for babies and toddlers. We have a quiet room available for mothers to comfortably breastfeed their children or for any other emergency needs. Additionally, some of our bathroom stalls are equipped with diaper changing stations for your convenience.
  • Can I bring chairs & blankets?
    Yes, you are welcome to bring your own chairs and blankets, especially since seating options might be limited. We kindly ask that you ensure your equipment doesn't disrupt the experience of others nearby. Please be aware that if any items become damaged, it will not be our responsibility to address or replace them. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Is smoking allowed?
    Smoking is permitted in open spaces during the concert, but we kindly request your cooperation in ensuring it doesn't cause any disturbances. We strongly encourage refraining from smoking, especially in crowded areas, as this is a family-friendly concert with many children in attendance. Your consideration of fellow attendees is greatly appreciated.
  • Would alcohol be available to buy?
    Alcohol will be available for purchase at specific stalls within the concert. To ensure compliance with legal age restrictions, we kindly request that if you appear younger than 18, please bring your ID card as proof of age, as alcohol will not be provided without proper identification. Your cooperation in this matter is important to us.
  • Are there any locker rooms?
    Unfortunately, we do not have lockers or storage rooms available. We kindly advise you to travel light and avoid over packing, as there won't be facilities for storing belongings on-site.
  • Can I bring my own food & drinks?
    Bringing outside food and drinks is not permitted, but worry not, as there will be stalls available throughout the entire concert for your convenience. You are welcome to bring your own water and any necessary toddler or baby food.
  • Do you accommodate people with disability?
    We are committed to accommodating individuals with disabilities. The festival is wheelchair accessible, featuring no stairs at any point. We do provide disabled bathroom stalls; please be aware that these stalls are limited and located in specific areas, not available throughout the entire festival.
